November 2007, City Council approved ordinance 06-41, setting new hours of operation for commercial refuse haulers.
These commercial haulers must collect their refuse between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Westerville Service Department staff has contacted all commercial refuse haulers to inform them of the ordinance.
